And then update email DNS setup to Google Apps.
Please register from: www.ventraipeconomy.com.au and of course you can register domain with other service providers, but some charge extra for DNS service.
Step 2: Sign up with Google Apps and setup accounts, price: $60 per year
Sign up with Google Apps at https://apps._google.com.au/ and Google Apps is a full set of package with email, Google Drive, Google Documents and Google Sheets and Calendar etc and it will increase your efficiency to collaborate between team member.

Step 3: Application of Goole Apps for Work
The actual application is just like normal gmail account and it is just same but work under your own domain name. We are based on Google Apps.
